Sisters who’ve Served: Sigma Phi Psi, Kappa Epsilon Psi, and Alpha Gamma Xi

Whether you’re a current military member, someone who is in ROTC college training, a widow with veteran status, or a military veteran who has served many years there is a sisterhood out there for you. If you missed out on the sorority experience or just really want to make connections with other military women in a meaningful way you should seriously consider joining one of these sororities. They are about so much more than just wearing your letters. They provide connections professionally and socially that will last throughout your lifetime.

3. Kappa Epsilon Psi

Their mission: We aspire to honor past female service members, unite present female service members & mentor future leaders of our Armed Forces.

Founding date: April 4th, 2011

2. Sigma Phi Psi

Their mission: Our mission is to be beacons for the world. In other words, no matter where we are or whatever situation we are in, we must let our lights shine! We will form global network alliances of professional, educated, strong and sincere women so that there is a Sigma Phi Psi Sister in every military location – stateside & abroad! (so that each Sister will always have another Sister to turn to) In completion of this objective, we will be able to carry out our total Military, Educational, Service and Social missions.

1. Alpha Gamma Xi

Their mission: Alpha Gamma Xi Sorority, Inc., is an international organization dedicated to being the premier Military Sorority offering membership to current and past women of the United States Armed Forces; to providing programs and initiatives to assist our deserving members in accomplishing the vision of Service, Sisterhood, Stewardship, Scholarship, and Solidarity; to being trailblazers in our military community with our veteran initiative: SHERO – Sorors Helping to Excel and Restore Others is our initiative to help empower and enrich the lives of our female veterans that may be displaced or in need, through philanthropic actions. AGXi Sorority, Inc. will be partnering with a variety of organizations that focus on veterans in order to fulfill our goals of Stewardship and Service. Through our goals and initiative, we hope to not only impact the lives of our veterans but those of our members by giving them monthly opportunities to serve the community and making a positive impact in the lives of those around them.
